My name is Kevin Galang, I am currently serving as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. I have been serving since 2011 and have enjoyed every minute of it. One of my passions is basketball, I love all aspects of the NBA from the games to the marketing. From a young child, I would always play basketball video games pretending I was a General Manager or a Coach, trading for draft picks or exploring ways to increase my team's jersey sales.
With an opportunity to complete my Master's Degree, I wanted to take this time to learn about the business side of sports. When I ultimately retire from the Navy I plan on perusing a career in sport business, ideally with the Los Angeles Lakers. This opportunity is once in a life time for me and I want to show everyone that you can easily follow more than one dream.
